With close to 20 years experience working with a top Fortune 500 Company, I witnessed not only myself but my peers struggling to balance family and work commitments. As I worked with more and more individuals with children in the home, the more passionate I became with finding ways to assist them in balancing priorities and succeeding in all areas. After living in Australia, those struggles became even more real for me and I knew then I wanted to help families on a much larger scale. This is how I was introduced to College Nannies, Sitters + Tutors and have been passionate about Building Stronger Families ever since. Building Stronger Families to me includes our client families, our team members, role models and the communities in which we live.
