Join us at College Nannies + Sitters as a staffing coordinator in our Customer Care Center located in Powell, Ohio.
+ Saturdays 8:00am-4:30pm (2 per month)
+ Sundays 10am-6pm (weekly)
+ Mondays 6-10pm
+ Thursday 6pm-2am
+ Additional hours available on shifts for Mon, Tues and Wed if desired +
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all internal and external clients of College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors by applying in-depth knowledge of company services and, through effective and professional communication, providing customer and employee satisfaction.
Provides timely and accurate information to clients via phone and email. Assists to resolution.
Processes client staffing requests for nannies/sitters according to established department policies and procedures. Monitors request coming in via phone, email and online portals.
Staffing of all same day and last minute care requests including contact with nannies or sitters to ensure confirmation of care information.
Manages any same day cancellations including replacement caregivers as necessary.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail and emails directed to general email box.
Ensures customer/employee database and scheduling system is up to date and accurate. Monitors confirmations, cancellations, and other updates as needed.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding client and employee concerns and assists with communication to resolve client and employee issues.
Attends training and applies concepts to position.
Meets established metrics in quality and quantity.
Managers special projects as requested.

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of one year of customer care/customer service experience in a call center or heavy customer service environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and proprietary CRM system
Proficiency in using an email system with accuracy and excellent grammar and spelling.
$14 per hour, DOQ, plus commissions.
